Jon Weiskopf is the founder and CEO of Blue Eyed Capital, a purpose-driven investment firm helping people like you co-invest in high-performing real estate that delivers both financial returns and meaningful impact.

For over 20 years, Jon built his career not in boardrooms but on job sites—engineering real-world solutions where failure wasn’t an option. He led the design and execution of more than $10 billion in commercial real estate across 20+ countries, from Apple’s most iconic flagship stores to resilient skyscrapers and sustainable infrastructure. At Apple, he lead engineering for the global retail real estate group, overseeing some of the most complex award winning real estate projects on the planet.

Today, Jon channels that hands-on experience into building a different kind of real estate portfolio—one where profit and purpose are aligned by design. Blue Eyed Capital manages 915 residential units valued at over $78 million, focused on sustainable development, energy efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Jon’s approach is rooted in three simple principles:

Based in Wisconsin, Jon shares life with his wife, son, and daughter. Outside the world of real estate, you’ll find him following Formula 1, ripping laps in a go-kart, or championing Type 1 Diabetes advocacy—a cause close to his heart.

For over a decade, I’ve worked across nearly every facet of real estate — from ground-up development to brokering over $20 million in residential transactions. Today, I focus on private equity in addition to investing in mobile home parks, where value is created not just through capital, but through operational excellence.

A significant part of my career has been rooted in scaling small businesses into high-performing, system-driven organizations. I specialize in institutional-grade operations — identifying inefficiencies, building scalable systems, and maximizing profitability at every level.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about philanthropy — providing access to traditional healthcare in the U.S. and developing sustainable Earthship communities
